Only board-certified dermatologist will diagnose and treat patients. We do not have PA's and NP's (Physician's Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) due to the specialty nature of the practice. We feel the special training and additional schooling is necessary to call yourself a specialist.

We encourage our patients to download, and complete the Patient Registration Form & Medical History Form prior to your scheduled appointment, please fill them out, and bring them to your scheduled appointment. You can also fill out the forms securely online here: Patient Registration Form & Medical History Form. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time . We also require that you bring your photo identification and insurance card(s) with you on the day of your appointment. This is required for returning patient's on a yearly basis.
